WEDDING PACKAGES

Bucuti's Wedding Packages provide a guideline for you to begin the planning process, however, all weddings at Bucuti are designed exclusively for you as individuals. We will work with you to put together the components that you want and create a custom package for you. You may use our Wedding Estimator which includes the most popular options as well as additional services and amenities that we can provide. If there is something you desire and do not see on our Estimator, we are open to receive your thoughts and ideas to customize your wedding just the way you would like.

Civil Ceremonies are the legal wedding ceremonies. The legal ceremony in Aruba always takes place in the Civil House in downtown Oranjestad. Many couples conduct their legal ceremony in the morning or early afternoon and have their beach ceremony at sunset. Some couples take care of the legal portion of their wedding in their home city and enjoy a beach ceremony and/or blessing here in Aruba. Therefore you will see prices for the Civil Ceremony portion both alone as well as included in some of the packages. We also have a package for the beach ceremony without the legal (civil) ceremony included for those who are renewing their vows or who legally married at home.

CIVIL CEREMONY - MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY: U.S. $450; SATURDAY: U.S. $600
A Civil Ceremony is the legal wedding ceremony and always takes place in the Civil House in downtown Oranjestad.
The Civil Ceremony option includes:

  • A certificate from the Ministry of Justice
  • Translation of Dutch marriage certificate to English
  • Special Government stamp
  • Marraige Book
  • Authorization of translated copy of marriage
  • Courier Delivery of translated marriage certificate to client
  • Fee for processing papers
  • Transfers from Bucuti to Civi House and return
Civil Ceremony Requirements Requirements for a Civil (legal) Wedding Ceremony:
  • All civil ceremonies must take place at the Bureau Burgerlijke Stand (Civil Town House) in Oranjestad.
  • Ceremonies are performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00am - noon and from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.
  • Saturday ceremonies performed subject to availability and extra fee.
  • Witnesses are required and can be provided at an extra cost of U.S. $40 per witness.
  • Proper attire is required for all civil ceremonies; slacks and sports shirt for men, sundress for ladies. More formal attire is common.
  • All documents must be received by Bucuti 30 days prior to your arrival date. We recommend FedEx or UPS, postal airmail takes minimum 14 days often as much as 30 days after mailing from anywhere outside Aruba.
  • Birth-certificate for each partner with names of parents, and furnished with an Apostle issued by the Secretary of State where the birth took place.
  • An official declaration that both partners are unmarried (a search given by the Department of Health or Department of Vital Statistics) also known as Single Status Report.
  • If previously married or widowed a divorce certificate or death certificate of your previous spouse(s) also with an Apostille by the Secretary of State.
  • Copy of the couple’s passport.
  • Letter of intent to marry.
  • Two copies of the passports for each witnesses.


BUCUTI DREAM BEACH OF THE WORLD PACKAGE U.S. $885
Our Dream Beach of the World Wedding Package includes the following amenities:

  • Unlimited consultation with the wedding planner prior to your arrival and onsite after your arrival
  • The services of the officiator
  • A commemorative wedding certificate
  • Pre-Recorded music
  • All service charges and taxes


BUCUTI CRYSTAL PACKAGE U.S. $ 1750
Our Crystal Wedding package includes the following amenities:

  • Bucuti’s Dream Beach of the World Packe as above plus
  • Steel Pan player or DJ entertainment for 1 hour
  • Services of a professional photographer for 2 hours at 1 location


BUCUTI SAPPHIRE PACKAGE U.S. $1375
Our Sapphire Wedding Package includes the following amenities:

BUCUTI EMERALD PACKAGE U.S. $2500
